Harvested from our hives in Southwest Louisiana, our 2026 spring honey is sourced primarily from the bloom of the Chinese tallow tree, one of the region’s most important nectar-producing trees.
Our creamed honey is made from 100% raw honey with carefully controlled crystallization, creating a smooth, spreadable texture while preserving the natural flavor and character of the honey. This honey features a mild and delicately sweet profile that’s perfect on biscuits, toast, pancakes, charcuterie boards, or enjoyed straight from the spoon.
No additives. Just pure Louisiana honey.
