Harvested from our hives in Southwest Louisiana, our 2026 spring honey is sourced primarily from the bloom of the Chinese tallow tree, one of the region’s most important nectar-producing trees.

Lightly strained and bottled with care, our raw honey is never pasteurized, preserving the natural flavor and character that make raw honey unique. Chinese tallow honey is prized for its light color, smooth texture, and mild sweetness, making it equally at home in coffee and tea, drizzled over biscuits, incorporated into recipes, or enjoyed straight from the jar.
